Sebago Cove is a sheltered, fairly small cove which has access to Maine's second largest lake, Sebago Lake. Boaters can experience 45 miles of continuous boating on five interconnected waterways: Sebago Cove, Sebago Lake, Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and the Songo River.

Directions from Portland, Maine:  Route 302 West -- 1/2 mile after crossing the Naples causeway turn Left onto Lake House Road -- then 2.5 miles to the property.

Three 18 hole Golf Courses are within easy reach: Naples 3 miles, Point Sebago and Bridgton each 12 miles.


Five ski areas, amongst which is Sunday River, are within 45 miles. The closest one, Shawnee Peak, just 15 miles away. Shawnee Peak is New Englands largest night skiing facility.


Sebago Lake has some of the BEST FISHING for salmon, bass and lake trout anywhere in New England. Whether you're fishing from your boat or ice fishing, as a NATIVE, you'll soon know where the secret spots are. You'll be able to feed your family FISH, not just fish stories!
Enjoy LEAF PEEPING or BIRD WATCHING? Everywhere you look in the FALL the foliage isbreath taking. Peak foliage happens the same time as the FRYEBURG FAIR every year, the first week in October. Bird watching ... is a lot easier once the leaves fall.
   
SNOWMOBILING for miles and miles right out your back or front door. In fact when the lakes freeze over they become a big playground for all kinds of activities like HOCKEY, ICE SKATING, ICE SAILING and ICE FISHING.
SUMMERTIME on Sebago Cove includes all the watersports one can find. WATERSKIING, TUBING JET SKIING, SWIMMING, you name it.
   
HORSEBACK riding is popular on the logging roads that already exist throughout Naples. Sebago Cove Estates is committed to put riding trails over portions of reserved land saved for all of our residents and their outdoor activities.
Camp Mataponi, a highly respected summer childrens' camp, on Sebago Lake, is close by, with several other similar camps in the area.
   
Those same trails will also be able to be used for CROSS COUNTRY SKIING in the winter and HIKING in the summer. If you would like a bigger challenge hiking, try Douglass Mountain only 15 minutes away, or for the real hiking enthusiast you could spend a day and climb Mt. Washington while enjoying some of the most beautiful views on earth and that's only a one hour drive up Rt.302.
FINE DINING on the Naples CAUSEWAY, FIREWORKS over the water of Long Lake. Songo River Queen paddle boat rides, sea plane rides, para sailing, boat and jet ski rentals, crafts and specialty shops are just some of the items you'll find on the menu at the "Causeway."
