
Sebago Cove Estates is a fully approved low density waterfront residential development on Sebago Cove with 71 home sites on 545 acres. The project provides great privacy.
- 2-4 acre estate-sized waterfront parcels with at least 200 feet of water frontage guarantee privacy and enjoyment of living on the water.
- Interior sloping wooded parcels from 4 acres to as many as 30 ares are available and share the deeded common waterfront areas.
- Paved roads, electric and telephone service are in place for the 29 home sites of Phase-I. Soil tests surveys are completed for each lot.
- There is a 4.5 acre common area adjacent to lot #16 with 775 feet of water frontage. Twelve of the authorized 48 boat slips are available as well as a swim float, picnic tables, and a nature trail along Leavitt Brook.
